Turkey Curry

Ingredients

  • ½ onion
  • ½ butter
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • ½ jar mango chutney
  • small tub natural yoghurt
  • 1½ tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon tomato pureé
  • ½lb cooked chopped turkey

Instructions

  1. Soften onion in the butter. 
  2. Stir in the curry powder and cook for 1 minute. 
  3. Stir in the yoghurt, mayonnaise and tomato pureé and heat gently until nearly boiling. 
  4. Add the chopped turkey and cook gently for 15 minutes. 
  5. Serve with rice.
