Mau Mau
Ingredients
- ½ lb cooked breast of turkey in bite size pieces
- 6 chopped spring onions
- ½ diced cucumber
- 1 red pepper chopped
- 1 yellow pepper chopped
- 1 can sweetcorn
- 1 can pineapple
- 6 oz cooked pasta
- Mayonaise
- Pinch of salt, paprika and garlic powder
- Strong cheddar square cubes
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together and leave to stand for 2 hrs or better if made overnight
Servings: 2-4
