Mau Mau

Ingredients

  • ½ lb cooked breast of turkey in bite size pieces
  • 6 chopped spring onions
  • ½ diced cucumber
  • 1 red pepper chopped
  • 1 yellow pepper chopped
  • 1 can sweetcorn
  • 1 can pineapple
  • 6 oz cooked pasta
  • Mayonaise
  • Pinch of salt, paprika and garlic powder
  • Strong cheddar square cubes

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and leave to stand for 2 hrs or better if made overnight
